Farm Credit Services of America Achieves Tremendous Results With Agile
Mountain Goat Software client Farm Credit Services of America has been doing Scrum for two years now and with great results. They are profiled in this May 2007 article from CIO magazine. Farm Credit reports having used Scrum to roll out “five key products with phenomenal results.” They have also dropped the number of post-rollout defects discovered from 100 down to none or one. In addition to onsite coaching, Mountain Goat provided training to Farm Credit on Scrum, Agile Estimating and Planning, and User Stories. Game Developers Conference 2007 Presentation
On March 5, 2007 Mike Cohn of Mountain Goat co-presented a tutorial on applying agile software development to video game development. Other presenters were from High Moon Studios (creators of the Darkwatch game) and from Epic (creators of the Unreal Engine).

New Version of Redistributable Intro to Scrum Slides
The popular redistributable, Introduction to Scrum presentation has been completely updated. The new version features all new graphics and is greatly improved since the original was released on this site in 2002. This presentation is made available in PowerPoint and Keynote (Mac) formats in English. It has also been translated to French, German (old version still), and Portuguese (old version still). Use this presentation as the basis for introducing Scrum to others.
