Onsite Training

In addition to our public courses, we are pleased to offer onsite training courses. One of the best ways to succeed with agile is by training the entire team, not just the ScrumMaster, project manager, or technical leads. All Mountain Goat courses are available for onsite delivery.

An ideal approach is to combine a class with coaching on the following day. A one-day Agile Estimating and Planning class followed by a day of estimating and planning with your backlog is an excellent approach. Similarly, a one-day Effective User Stories class from Mike Cohn followed by a day of having Mike work with your teams to write their product backlogs is the best way of getting your backlog in shape. Follow a two-day Certified ScrumMaster or Working On A Scrum Team course by having Mike coach teams through writing enough of their product backlog to get started and plan their first sprints.
