With so many agile processes available it can be difficult to tell them apart. More importantly, it is often difficult to know which one you should try. Almost all projects can benefit from introducing some form of agility. But it’s important you pick the right one for you and your team.

In this class, we will look at Scrum, Extreme Programming, Feature-Driven Development, Crystal, and DSDM. Particular attention will be paid to pointing out unique aspects of each process that will help you decide if it’s the one for you. After considering each of these leading agile processes, we will discuss practical advice and proven strategies for introducing an agile process into your organization. You will leave with solid knowledge of the main agile processes and will practical advice on how to introduce one into your organization.
