Effective User Stories for Agile Software Development
The technique of capturing requirements as user stories is one of the most broadly applicable techniques introduced by Extreme Programming. User Stories are an effective approach on all time-constrained projects. In this tutorial we will look at how to identify and write user stories, how to work with user proxies when real users are not available, how to estimate stories, how to use stories for release and iteration planning, and the role of stories in the ongoing management of the project. The tutorial will consist of both lecture and exercises.
