The online version provides everything you need to get the same benefits of this wonderful estimating technique. A moderator adds the items to be estimated in advance of or during the session. The moderator creates a unique URL that is shared with estimators who should also be on a conference call or IM session. Each estimator sees his or her set of cards and selects an estimate by clicking on it. Once all estimators have made their selections all cards are turned over at once and everyone sees the values. The moderator can accept that as the estimate if all values are the same or estimators can repeat until they agree.
