1.   Collection of Personal Information from Site Visitors. Please be aware that the Site is a general audience web site, not directed to children under the age of 13, and must not be used by children under 13. MGS and the Site take important measures to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you are the parent of a child under the age of 13 who you believe is accessing the Site or contributing personal information wittingly or unwittingly to MGS or the Site, please contact MGS immediately as set forth in Section 5 below, so that we may restrict access and destroy such information.

Subject to the foregoing, MGS may collect: (a) the email addresses of users that communicate with MGS via email; and (b) information knowingly provided by the user through the Site. MGS may also use Internet cookies and other identifiers or methods of web analysis (such as Google Analytics) to gather, store, and track certain information related to your visit to and activity on the Site. MGS does not override these settings or options and encourages you to use them to enhance your choices and personalize your experiences. However, in order to access certain content, features, services, products or benefits on the Site, you may be required to provide MGS with certain information, including some types of personally identifying information such as your email, your address, and your phone number. If you do not wish to provide such information through the Site or if you opt to utilize the aforementioned privacy features of your computer system or web browser, you may be unable to obtain certain content, features, services, products or benefits of the Site.

2.   Use of Personal Data Collected. Personal information collected by MGS may be used by MGS for limited purposes, including recordkeeping, editorial and feedback purposes, content improvement, or to customize the content and layout of the Site. Personally identifying information, such as names, postal and email addresses, phone numbers, and other personal information voluntarily provided to MGS may be added to MGS’s databases and used for future contact regarding updates to the Site or new services provided by MGS. From time to time, MGS may need to contact you regarding information that you submitted to MGS. You agree that MGS may use your personal information for such contact with you. MGS may also desire to contact you for market research purposes or to provide you with marketing information that MGS believes would be of particular interest. It is possible that these links may be used by third parties or others to collect personal or other information about you. MGS is not responsible for the privacy practices of such Web sites, advertisers, or third parties or the content of such sites. MGS does not control these third parties’ use of cookies, collection of information, or how they manage such information. The Site does not store your financial information in order for you to purchase a product. Instead, such financial information is maintained and housed by one or more third-party sites. MGS uses the services of third party payment processing centers for the purpose of processing payments made to MGS, including Shopify and Cybersource. While MGS may undertake efforts to see that any third party to which MGS shares, rents, sells, or otherwise discloses personal data is under a contractual obligation to use the personal data solely for the purposes for which the data was disclosed, such third parties are independent third parties over which MGS exercises no control.
