Mike Cohn has been participating on agile projects since 1995. He has served as VP of Development at four different companies that successfully employed agile concepts and strategies. As a consultant, he has worked in environments from aerospace to banking to video game development. His diverse, hands-on experience has given him the perspective necessary to understand the realities you face.
