Overview

A dedicated trainer facilitates discussions and guides the process while providing expert insight into what is working for agile teams today, and mistakes to avoid. After the session you and your team will have a clear understanding of the story-writing process and leave with a roadmap for running successful workshops in the future.

Story Mapping is a tool that can help your organization gain clarity and focus about your product. It’s a collaborative exercise where a group can systematically think through the experience your users have with your products in order to find gaps in your backlog. It helps you to see how stories relate to each other and roadmap upcoming releases. Story Mapping is a go-to tool for many successful Product Owners and having an expert to guide you through its initial creation can set your team(s) up for success with their Product Backlog.
