How well do you know each of these agile topics?
Agile Ceremonies:
What are agile ceremonies?
I'm familiar with the concept of agile ceremonies, but I'm not sure how they're different from other meetings.
I've been leading or attending agile ceremonies for a long time and know how each one plays a role in an empirical process of inspection and adaptation.
User Stories & the Product Backlog:
I don't know what you mean by user stories or the product backlog.
I'm familiar with users stories and the product backlog, but I have a lot more to learn.
I understand several different story writing formats and have in-depth knowledge on how to prepare the product backlog for the team.
Estimating:
I am confused by the different ways to estimate.
I understand what story points and ideal days are, but need help effectively getting my team to understand the differences.
I can teach others multiple ways to estimate using different techniques such as story points or ideal days and understand the pros and cons of each way.
Planning & metrics:
I have no experience with planning or metrics.
I have done a lot of planning and metrics reporting for traditional projects, but I need guidance on how to do this within an agile organization.
I have multiple tools and tricks up my sleeve for planning work, from the vision to the execution. I have a strong grasp on how to track velocity, our team's burndown and other agile metrics.
The effective Scrum Master:
A Scrum what???
I am a Scrum Master or have a pretty good idea about the role, but there's a lot more I want to learn.
I can teach others how to be an effective Scrum Master.
The effective Product Owner:
A product what????
I am a product owner or have a pretty good idea about the role, but there's more I want to learn.
I can teach others how to be an effective Product Owner.
The effective agile leader:
I am trying to understand how a leader on an agile team is different from a traditional project structure.
I know that there's a distinct difference between a leader and a manager and I can explain those differences.
I can train or coach leaders, or I myself am a leader, who knows how to inspire teams to be great without directing them.
Agile transformations:
How is agile different from how we work now?
I have a few ideas on how to transform to agile, but I have a lot yet to learn.
I can coach organizations on how to successfully transform to agile.
